(Main Street) in the village of Fishkill. Parking is located
both on street and in the rear.
From Route 9 travelling south,
make a right onto Route 52 in the Village of Fishkill,
stay on Main Street and proceed through the light at Jackson
Street (Mid-Hudson Medical Group Building is at this corner).
FKC is approximately 500 feet on the right.
From Interstate 84 travelling
East, get off at Exit 12. Make a left on Route
52 (you will be going eastbound on 52). FKC is 1/2 mile
on your left.

NYS Thruway, get off at exit 18. Make a left on
Route 299 (west) heading towards New Paltz. After about
a mile and a half, make a left onto Plattekill Avenue,
FKC is on the first block.
From Poughkeepsie, take
Route 44/55 across the Mid-Hudson Bridge. Make a right
onto Route 9W heading North. Make a left onto Route 299.
Continue past the NYS Thruway. After about a mile and
a half, make a left onto Plattekill Avenue, FKC is on
