Marsha attended Clark University in Worchester, Massachusetts,
graduating with honors in 1975. She earned her law degree
from Albany Law School in 1978.
Marsha served for many years as an Assistant District
Attorney in Ulster County, both as a trial and appellate
advocate. She was also a partner in the litigation firm
of Kerr & Weiss, practicing in the Hudson Valley
for ten years before her affiliation with Feldman, Kleidman
& Coffey, LLP, in 2004.
Currently, Marsha also serves as a Town Justice in
the Town of Ulster.
Marsha is a member of the New York State Bar Associate,
Defense Research Institute, and Ulster County Bar Association.
She is admitted to practice in all New York State courts
as well as the United States Northern and Southern District
Courts and Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Marsha resides in Ulster County with her two daughters.
