Jeffrey M. Feldman, Esq.
Jeff attended Ithaca College where he received a Bachelor's Degree in
Chemistry in 1974. He then went on to Syracuse University Law School
where he graduated with honors in 1977.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978 and started his career
as the Confidential Law Clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Williams, Justice of
the Supreme Court. In 1980 he entered private practice as a litigator in
the New York State and Federal Courts.
In 1986, he and Paul Kleidman founded the firm of Feldman & Kleidman
(today known as Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey). He is a member of the New
York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Dutchess
County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association,
and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Jeff is active in many community organizations (is a past President of
both the Jewish Community Center of Dutchess County and of the LaGrange
Soccer Club). He is also a member of the Town of LaGrange Recreation
Committee and of Hospice Foundation, Inc. He resides with his wife and
three children in the Town of LaGrange. |

Richard J. Coffey, Esq.
Richard attended St. Thomas Aquinas College where he received a
Bachelor's Degree in 1978. He then went on to St. John's University Law
School where he graduated in 1983.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984 and started his career
as a litigator with a large personal injury law firm in the Hudson
Valley, where he tried numerous cases to successful conclusion for
accident victims.
In 1989, he joined Feldman, Kleidman &f Coffey as the partner in charge
of the personal injury litigation for the firm.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association,
the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the New York State
Trial Lawyers Association.
Richard resides with his wife and two children in Ulster County. |

Robert F. Rich, Esq.
Bob attended the State University of New York at Albany where he
received a Bachelor's Degree in 1984. He then went on to Albany Law
School where he graduated in 1987.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988 and the Connecticut
State Bar in 1988. He started his career as the Confidential Law Clerk
to the Hon. Robert C. Williams, Justice of the Supreme Court.
In 1990, he joined the firm of Feldman & Kleidman (today known as
Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey) as a litigator in the New York State Courts
and as Appellate Counsel in the Appellate Division of the New York State
Supreme Court.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Dutchess
County Bar Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers
Association.
Bob is the Secretary for the Board of Directors for the Kingston
Regional Health Care System Board. Bob is on the Kingston Hospital Board
of Directors and the Foxhall Ambulatory Surgical Center Board of
Trustees. Bob also served as President of the New Paltz Central School
District School Board. He resides with his wife and two children in
Ulster County. |

Robert R. Sappe, Esq.
Bob attended Pace University in Westchester County where he received a
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in 1982 (with honors). He then
went on to Pace University Law School where he graduated with honors in
1985.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986 and started his career
with the New York State Organized Crime Task Force. He then entered
private practice in the Hudson Valley as a litigator in the New York
State and Federal Courts.
In 1995, he joined the firm of Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey as a
litigation attorney.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Dutchess County
Bar Association.
Bob is a lifetime resident of Dutchess County and resides in East
Fishkill. |

Andrew S.
Regenbaum, Esq.
Andrew attended Cornell University where he received a Bachelor's Degree
in 1993. He then went on to
Washington University School of Law where he graduated in 1996 as a
member of the Order of Barristers.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar, the Washington D.C. Bar and
the New Jersey Bar in 1996. Andrew is admitted to practice in all New
York State Courts as well as the Federal District Courts of the Northern
and Southern Districts of New York, and the District Court of New
Jersey. He is also admitted to
practice before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United
States Supreme Court. He started
his career in private practice in the Washington D.C. area handling
cases for accident victims. In 1998 he joined the firm of Feldman,
Kleidman & Coffey.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American
Bar Association.
Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors
of the Cornwall Sea Dragons Swim Team and resides with his wife and
three children in Orange County. |

Elizabeth Melanson
Beth attended Colgate University in Hamilton, New York graduating with
honors in 1991. She earned her law degree from Emory University School
of Law in 1997.
Beth served for many years as a Prosecutor in the metro Atlanta area,
both as a trial and appellate advocate. In 2005 Beth returned to the
Hudson Valley where she joined Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey, LLP as a
litigation attorney.
Beth is admitted to practice in all New York State courts as well as the
United States Northern and Southern District Courts of New York and
Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Beth resides in Ulster County with her husband and three children. |

Craig Burgess
Craig attended University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, graduating
with honors in 1998. He earned his law degree from Stetson University
College of Law in 2002.
Craig initially practiced law in Orlando, Florida as well as in St.
Petersburg, Florida. In 2007 Craig returned to the Hudson Valley, where
he grew up, to begin his career with Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey, LLP as
a litigation attorney.
Craig is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Florida
Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts
as well as the Courts of the State of Florida.

David Zagon
Dave attended the State University of New York in Albany where he
received a Bachelor's Degree in 1991. He then went on to State
University of New York at Buffalo Law School where he graduated in 1995.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995 and started his career
with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. He was one of the
initial prosecutors working on the drug task force. In 2001 Dave
transferred to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office where he was
a Senior Assistant District Attorney. In 2006 Dave left the District
Attorney’s Office to begin his private practice career. Shortly
thereafter, in 2007, he joined the firm of Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey as
a litigation attorney specializing in criminal defense work.
Dave resides with his wife and two children in Orange County. |

Suzanne
Konunchuk, Esq.
Suzanne attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY where she received a
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 2004. She earned her law degree
from Pace University Law School in 2008. In 2009, she was admitted to
the New York State Bar and started her career at Feldman, Kleidman &
Coffey.
She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American
Bar Association. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board of
Directors of the East Hudson Women’s Soccer League.
Suzanne resides in Dutchess County.

Kerri L. Yamashita, Esq.
Kerri attended Vassar College where she received a Bachelor’s degree in
1995. She earned her law degree from the Boston University School of Law
in 1998 with honors in the concentration of Litigation and Dispute
Resolution. She was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts in 1998, the Bar of the State of New Mexico in 1999, and
the Bar of the State of New York in 2005.
Kerri is admitted to practice in all New York State courts as well as
the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern District
of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New
Mexico and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of
Columbia Circuit. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association
and the Defense Research Institute.

Marsha S. Weiss
Marsha attended Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts,
graduating with honors in 1975. She earned her law degree from Albany
Law School in 1978.
Marsha served for many years as an Assistant District Attorney in Ulster
County, both as a trial and appellate advocate. She was also a partner
in the litigation firm of Kerr & Weiss, practicing in the Hudson Valley
for ten years before her affiliation with Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey,
LLP, in 2004.
Currently, Marsha also serves as a Town Justice in the Town of Ulster.
Marsha is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Defense Research
Institute, and Ulster County Bar Association. She is admitted to
practice in all New York State courts as well as the United States
Northern and Southern District Courts and Second Circuit Court of
Appeals.
Marsha resides in Ulster County with her two daughters. |

J. Peter Collins
Peter attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, graduating with
honors in 1966. He earned his law degree from University of Cincinnati
College of Law in 1969.
Peter served for many years as an officer in the Judge Advocate
General’s Office. Following his Honorable Discharge, Peter worked as an
Assistant District Attorney.
Peter has spent his career in the litigation field. He was a partner in
a prestigious trial firm in White Plains, New York before establishing
his own personal injury practice. In 2006 Peter closed his private
practice and began working with Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey, LLP.
Currently, Peter also serves as a Town Justice in the Town of Kent.
Peter is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Putnam County
Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all New York State courts
as well as the United States Northern and Southern District Courts,
Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Peter resides in Putnam County with his wife. |
