Richard attended St. Thomas Aquinas College where he received
a Bachelor's Degree in 1978. He then went on to
St. John's University Law School where he graduated
in 1983.
He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984 and
started his career as a litigator with a large personal
injury law firm in the Hudson Valley Region, where he
tried numerous cases to successful conclusion for accident
victims.
In 1989, he joined Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey as
a partner in charge of the personal injury litigation
for the firm.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association,
the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar
Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Richard resides with his wife and two children in Ulster County.
